The Wildflowers quilt is an applique designed for your embroidery machine. The pattern includes a CD ROM with six applique Wildflower Designs. In class you will get a good start on embroidering your blocks as well as instructions to finish your quilt. There will be some pre-class home-work to do so that you'll be already to go in class. Do come in and see our quilt.
ODE TO CALICO*

Cheryl has been so creative making purses and totes for our new "Unique Boutique" we thought we'd ask her to share her creativity with you. She'll show you how to make a masterpiece out of old sweaters, jeans or just about anything you can find. Bring your buttons, laces, trims or any embellishments you can find and you can create your own purse or tote. Come in and see all that Cheryl has done with her treasures.

DECORATIVE VALANCE

When Linda was here from OESD she showed us a great new valance. It's made in an afternoon, can be embroidered or appliqued. We used quick finishing techniques as well .I plan to make several. Be sure to come in and see the model.
BERNINA MASTERY & CLUB*

Bernina Mastery classes are for those of you with a Bernina machine that would like to learn more about what your machine can do. These come with the purchase of a machine at The Icehouse, although you may also come to class if you bought your machine elsewhere. Anyone is welcome. Pam has been embellishing wearable art using needle felting. She is excited to teach you this fun technique. During the class Pam will demonstrate both Wet and Dry Felting. Projects will include beads, buttons and book covers. Come join the fun!

Home Deco is the big rage right now so we're offering a class to show you how to make pillows, shower curtains, decorated towels, window valances, and much more. You can make all or just one or two of the items in class - that depends on you, but you'll receive directions for everything.
REVERSIBLE PLACEMATS

A fast, fun and easy project that will wow your dinner guests: Make stunning placemats out of leftover strips or stray fat quarters. The exact size and shape will be drafted in class according to your wishes, then away you'll stitch. Take home at least one finished placemat, maybe more. This is stress-free sewing, great for beginning quilters. Come and enjoy the day. You'll want to make more.
